The present invention relates to a food composition which includes oat dietary fibers and a Garcinia cambogia extract to prevent geriatric diseases. More specifically, the food composition includes: the oat dietary fibers; a hydroxycitric acid (HCA); a grain powder; and saccharides selected among sugar alcohol, fructo-oligosaccharides, and a combination thereof. The powder food composition is quickly dispersed and dissolved in cold water. The present invention also relates to a liquid food product including the same and a preparing method thereof.
