The present invention relates to a structure and a method for winding an induction heating coil for an induction heating mold apparatus. The method for winding an induction heating coil for an induction heating mold apparatus comprises: a step of forming a first wound coil (T1) by winding an induction heating coil in the coil winding recess (121, 122, 123) one time in a first direction; a step of bringing the induction heating coil into contact with the first wound coil (T1) and sequentially winding the induction heating coil one or more times in the same layer with the first wound coil (T1) to form a first layer; a step of extending the induction heating coil from an outermost wound coil (T4) of the first layer and sequentially winding the induction heating coil in layers inwards and outwards in a series of zigzags on the outermost wound coil (T4) of the first layer to sequentially wind the induction heating coil in layers in the coil winding recess (121, 122, 123) excluding a reverse direction winding area (Sr) which is an area directly above the first wound coil (T1); and a step of extending the induction heating coil from the first wound coil (T1) and sequentially winding the induction heating coil in layers in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
