The present invention relates to anti-obesity composition including rasa laevigara alcohol extract and, more specifically, relates to pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity, food composition and quasi-drug composition for preventing or improving obesity, and cosmetic composition which includes rasa laevigara alcohol extract having anti-obesity effect by inhibiting differentiation of preadipocytes into adipocytes, as active ingredient. The composition including rasa laevigara alcohol extract as active ingredient inhibits differentiation of preadipocytes into adipocytes and expression of C/EBP-α, C/EBP-β and PPAR-γ, all related to differentiation of adipocytes, and thereafter, generation of TG (Triglyceride) within cell can be inhibited.
