The present invention relates to a top-down construction method for a modular underground structure using a PC wall wherein supporting steel beams are applied, the modular underground structure constructed by the construction method, and a method for connecting the PC wall and a PC slab and, more specifically, to a top-down construction method for a modular underground structure using a PC wall wherein supporting steel beams are applied characterized by including a step of manufacturing multiple PC walls and PC slabs and transferring the PC walls and PC slabs to a construction site; a step of excavating trenches on both sides on the ground to be separated at a predetermined interval in a width direction and installing body units of the PC walls into the trenches; a step of supporting the PC walls by inserting supporting steel beams into through-holes formed on the installed body units; a step of partly excavating the ground between the PC walls until the upper parts of the body units are partly exposed; a step of inserting the PC slabs and connecting both ends of the PC slabs to the upper parts of the two PC walls; a step of flattening a ground surface, excavating the ground under the PC slabs, and installing lower slabs; and a step of removing the supporting steel beams.
