Disclosed are a chemical tank temperature maintaining device for reducing an exhaust gas of an engine, and a ship or an offshore structure having the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the chemical tank temperature maintaining device for reducing an exhaust gas of an engine comprises: a chemical tank storing contents hydrolyzing an exhaust gas; and a cool and hot water pipe disposed inside the chemical tank and selectively receiving cold water or hot water to maintain the temperature of the contents to be within a predetermined range. The chemical tank temperature maintaining device for reducing an exhaust gas reduces manufacturing costs since a pipe structure is simple and an additional heat exchanger or an additional steam pipe is not used, is conveniently operated, and has excellent durability and stability of use.
