The present invention provides a method for manufacturing and surface treating an aluminum alloy wherein mechanical strength and wear resistance are more excellent than extra superduralmin, and corrosion resistance is chemically excellent. According to the present invention, the final component ratio of the aluminum alloy comprises: 0.5-2.0 wt% of scandium (Sc); 0.1-1.0 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.1-1.0 wt% of magnesium (Mg); 0.1-1.0 wt% of zinc (Zn); and the remainder of aluminum (Al). According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing and surface treating a casting of an aluminum alloy comprises: an ingot manufacturing step; a melting step; a casting step; a first surface treatment step; a first heat treatment step; a quick cooling step; a secondary heat treatment step; a secondary surface treatment step; and an interface treatment step.
