The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a resin concrete sewer pipe including: a steel wire assembling process of assembling a steel wire for constructing a skeleton of the resin concrete sewer pipe; a mold assembling process of arranging the steel wire, assembled by the steel wire assembling process, on a mold and applying a mold removing agent; a resin concrete mixing process of mixing a resin concrete mixture; a resin concrete mixture insertion process of inserting the resin concrete mixture, mixed by the resin concrete mixing process, into a centrifugal molding apparatus; and a centrifugal molding process of molding the resin concrete sewer pipe by using the centrifugal molding apparatus. The resin concrete mixture of the resin concrete mixing process comprises 10.5 parts by weight of bonding agent, 6.4 parts by weight of filler, 15.7 parts by weight of first steel making slag ball with a particle size of 0.6-1 mm, 15.7 parts by weight of second steel making slag ball with a particle size of 2-5 mm, 18.7 parts by weight of broken stone, and 33 parts by weight of remitar (dry mortar). The method for manufacturing a resin concrete sewer pipe additionally includes: a first curing process of firstly curing the resin concrete sewer pipe molded by the molding process at the temperature of 45-60C for 30-90 minutes by using a hot air blower after the centrifugal molding process; and a second curing process of applying a resin after the first curing process, and secondly curing the resin concrete sewer pipe at the temperature of 25C or higher for 10-15 minutes by using the hot air blower again. After the second curing process and then a lining process, the molded resin concrete sewer pipe is separated from a mold.
