The present invention relates to a steel pile for a passive film-type foundation, which comprises: a pipe main body; and an outer coating layer produced by spraying a passive film-type primer on an outer surface of the pipe main body so as to form a passive film on an outer surface of the pipe main body and then applying either one among polyurethane or epoxy. In addition, the passive film-type primer further includes a two-liquid-type paint comprising: an A part composed of a polyaniline salt or a diisocyanate prepolyer; and a B part composed of polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polycaprolactone polyol, polycarbonate polyol, a polyketal compound, an oxazolidine compound, a polyaniline salt, a wetting agent, an antifoamer, a surface regulator, an antioxidant, a pigment, and a filler.
