The present invention relates to a method for preparing functional knitwear. The method includes: a first step (S1) of twisting first polyester yarn (11) with carbon yarn (12) to prepare first filament yarn (10); a second step (S2) of twisting second polyester yarn (21) with elastic yarn (22) to prepare second filament yarn (20); a third step (S3) of twisting the second filament yarn (20) with the first filament yarn (10) to prepare functional filament yarn (30); a fourth step (S4) of adsorbing a deodorization material onto the functional filament yarn (30); a fifth step (S5) of fixing the deodorization material onto the functional filament yarn (30) having gone through the fourth step (S4); a sixth step (S6) of drying the remaining moisture on the functional filament yarn (30) having gone through the fifth step (S5); and a seventh step (S7) of coupling functional filament yarn (30′) having gone through the sixth step (S6) with acrylic-wool (AW) yarn (40) to weave the coupled yarn to form repeated loops (R).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
