The present invention relates to a standing column well geothermal system and, more specifically, relates to a standing column well geothermal system which stops a deep well pump when an amount of underground water supplied in real-time is less than a certain rate of a preset value in a control panel by attaching an automatic constant flow valve and an automatic control valve to a water exchange pipe where underground water circulates, and installing a flowmeter in a supply pipe; and reduces costs for the equipment of a cooling tower and reduces operation energy by additionally installing a cooling water heat exchanger which replaces a closed cooling tower of an ordinary freezer in a brine circulation pipe where a geothermal heat pump exchanges underground water through heat.
