The present invention relates to a reduced type high speed railway main circuit breaker which is sensitive to external noise or an excessive current, and can reduce a size thereof by simplifying a configuration thereof, by controlling electricity supplied to a coil using a mechanical switch without using a controller comprising a number of electronic components, and also can prevent damage due to the external noise or the excessive current. A configuration of a manipulation tool comprises: an operation rod which is connected to a link and moves horizontally; a trip coil and an insertion coil which are installed to surround the operation rod, and turn on/off a contact point installed at a circuit breaker by moving the operation rod by generating magnetic force by operation of switches; and a trip switch and an insertion switch which control the electricity supplied to the trip coil and the insertion coil by being operated by the operation of the manipulation tool operated in a manipulation part.
