The present invention relates to a deck board assembly having a structure to prevent a gap between joists. The present invention eliminates the taping of a cushion member, such as a rubber pad, in construction by integrally installing the cushion member with joists in a fixing groove formed on the top of the joists, thereby facilitating operation and reducing construction hours. Also, the cushion member elastically supports deck boards without deformation to prevent a gap between the deck boards and the joists due to the contraction of the deck boards after the construction, thereby having a strong support structure for deck boards to extend a service life and to prevent a creaking sound occurred when pedestrians walk thereon. Thus, the present invention increases product reliability.
