The present invention provides a steel-concrete hybrid rahmen precast concrete beam connecting structure for horizontally extending a building and a construction method thereof, which assembles a framework of a portion wherein a conventional wall and a slab are horizontally extended without being changed with dry corrosion using a steel-concrete hybrid rahmen precast concrete beam. According to the present invention, provided is the steel-concrete hybrid rahmen precast concrete beam connecting structure for horizontally extending a building, which comprises: a wall (W) of a building, which needs to be horizontally extended; a slab (S) crossing the wall (W); a fixing plate (300) bent to be divided into an upper surface (310) and a side surface (330); and a precast concrete end portion plate (400) installed in an end portion of a precast concrete steel frame (110).
