A super flat and exposed concrete floor finishing method is disclosed. The present invention relates to a super flat and exposed concrete floor finishing method which uses and installs a super flat and exposed concrete precast slab to achieve high quality without being affected by an external factor. The floor finishing method according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a precast concrete slab to compose a floor plate; a step of compacting a floor with a compound stone; a step of installing horizontal beams for supporting both ends of the precast concrete slab on an upper portion of the compound stone; a step of depositing discard concrete for supporting a lower surface of the precast concrete slab between the horizontal beams; a step of assembling the precast concrete slab on an upper portion of the discard concrete and the horizontal beams to install the precast concrete slab; and a step of filling a gap between the precast concrete slabs.
