The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus having a reactor into which a settling tank and an aeration tank are integrated. The wastewater treatment apparatus disturbs sludge settled and accumulated in the reactor to treat wastewater through biological treatment, and removes scum by head difference to efficiently perform wastewater treatment. The wastewater treatment apparatus having a reactor into which a settling tank and an aeration tank are integrated according to the present invention comprises: a reactor having a microorganism to turn an organic matter contained in wastewater into activated sludge; an air diffuser to inject air into the reactor; and a zigzag flow passage forming unit disposed in the reactor to form a zigzag flow passage. The head of the zigzag flow passage forming unit is different from that of the reactor depending on whether the air diffuser injects air.
