The present invention relates to a method for applying a shader to an augmented object using solar tracking. The method for applying a shader to an augmented object using solar tracking according to the present invention recognizes a marker through a webcam to detect the marker, tracks a user to calculate a location of the sun based on a tracked location of the user, generates a light source based on sun location information to generate a shader to be applied to the marker, and forms an augmented object to which the shader is applied on the detected marker in a virtual space of an application.
