The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and wrinkle amelioration, containing an enzyme-treated mixed extract of a sea horse, a sea cucumber, and an abalone. According to the present invention, the enzyme-treated mixed extract exhibits excellent effects of expressing transglutaminase-1 (Tgase-1), HAS-3, and collagen, and also exhibits excellent effects of inhibiting expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP1), tropoelastin, and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1).
