The present invention relates to a water leak prevention frame structure for window frames and a construction method thereof. According to the water leak prevention frame structure for window frames according to the present invention, a window frame installation space part is formed in an inner side, and a frame installation groove of a square frame shape is formed along the outer circumference of a part where the window frame installation space part is formed. A waterway part which is empty with an open front and a linear frame formed with a water leak prevention plate are linked with each other by the inside in vertical and horizontal directions in order to form a waterway as forming a square frame shape. A part where the waterway is formed is inserted into the frame installation groove of a wall accordingly, so the water flowing down on the wall is collected to the waterway of the inside through the open front and is discharged to the outside naturally. The water leak prevention plate part is inserted and combined between the window frame and the wall toward the window frame installation space part. And concrete mortar is filled in an interval part between the rear side of the outer circumference of the window frame and the inner circumference of the wall by the water leak prevention plate for finishing in order to prevent water leak.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
