The present invention relates to mesoporous metallic oxide comprising metallic oxide formed with a plurality of channel-type pores. Accordingly, the mesoporous metallic oxide of the present invention can be used as a negative electrode active material of a hybrid supercapacitor, and can be consequentially used for a hybrid supercapacitor with excellent performance with improved energy density, output density, cycle properties, etc. In addition, the mesoporous metallic oxide of the present invention is capable of controlling material properties as needed by using a block copolymer and controlling the size of the pores.
