According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic semiconductor element comprises: a linear fiber including a source electrode pattern and a drain electrode pattern; an organic semiconductor material layer surrounding the linear fiber; a cover layer surrounding the organic semiconductor material layer; and a linear gate electrode extended along the circumference of the cover layer, and wound around an outer surface of the cover layer.
