The present invention relates to a method to collect palladium from waste paste containing palladium, comprising: (i) a step of dissolving the palladium by adding sodium hypochlorite after adding phosphoric acid and hydrogen peroxide to the waste paste containing the palladium (Pd); (ii) a step of enriching the waste paste dissolved with the palladium, and depositing the waste palladium as palladium chloride by inserting hydrochloric acid to the enriched palladium after controlling the enriched palladium to have a pH of 7-8; and (iii) a step of filtering and collecting the deposited palladium chloride, and then converting the collected palladium chloride into palladium by drying and curing the collected palladium chloride. The method to collect palladium from the waste paste in accordance to the present invention has the advantage of being able to efficiently collect the palladium from the waste paste using phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and hypochlorite having excellent soluble palladium percentage without using aqua regia, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and sulfuric acid causing environmental problems harmful to the human body.
