According to the present invention, disclosed is a bypass lifting pipe to mine deep sea mineral resources. In the deep sea mineral resource mining system to transport slurry of mineral resources collected and crushed from a collection robot in the deep sea to a marine surface boat through a lifting pipe using a lifting pump; the bypass lifting pipe of the present invention comprises: a connection pipe which has one side connected to the lifting pipe connected to a lower part of the surface boat and an other side connected to the lifting pipe connected to an upper part of the surface boat, and comprises an outlet discharging slurry in a reverse direction on both sides; a bypass pipe which is branched and extended downwards in a fixated angle as being connected to the outlet, discharging the slurry in a reverse direction; and a valve block which transports the slurry in a positive direction to the lifting pipe connected to a lower part of the surface boat, or transports the slurry in a reverse direction to the bypass pipe in accordance to opening or closing the outlet being slid up and down along an inner wall of the connection pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
