The method of the present invention comprises: a first step for mixing a capping agent, oleic acid, 1-octadecene, and oleylamine under a nitrogen atmosphere to make a capping solution; a second step for mixing platinum acetylacetonate, nickel acetylacetonate 1-octadecene, and oleylamine to manufacture a metallic salt solution; a third step for mixing the capping solution and the metallic salt solution to manufacture a mixed solution; and, a fourth step for performing a pyrolytic reaction to form a nanoparticle with a core-shell structure, to rapidly cool it down, and to obtain a nanoparticle. The specific surface area of a resin phase nanocatalyst is increased more greatly than that of a conventional nanoparticle of the same size, and the activated area of the catalyst is increased. As well, an electrode having higher oxygen reduction ability than when only platinum is used can be manufactured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
