The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for allocating a joint price and power for cooperative communications between macrocell user equipment (MUE) and femtocell user equipment (FUE) on uplink, wherein the method comprises the steps of: calculating data rate of the macrocell user terminal with respect to one or more femtocell user equipment included in a relay transmission area of the macrocell user terminal; calculating a utility function of the femtocell user equipment including relay data prices, power allocation levels of the femtocell user equipment and the power price of the macrocell user equipment; calculating a utility function of the macrocell user equipment including the data rate, the power price and variable power of the macrocell user equipment; and selecting optimal femtocell user equipment with an optimal value and an optimal price using the utility function of the femtocell user equipment and the utility function of the macrocell user equipment.
