The present invention relates to a quantitative analysis method of infrared signals using a statistical method and a device thereof. The quantitative analysis method of the infrared signals using the statistical method according to the present invention comprises: a step of inputting the infrared image including the infrared signals of an object and background, and the number of selections (N) of background pixels selected among the background pixels of the infrared background (S100); a step of selecting any one between the background pixels of the infrared image (S200); a step of calculating a difference value (CRi) of average radiation intensity of the object and average radiation intensity of the selected background pixel (S300); a step of repeating the selection step (S200) as the number of inputted selections (N) and the calculation step (S300) (S400);, and a step of calculating an infrared signal contrast value (CRI) of the object regarding the background after the repetition step (S400) (S500). According to the present invention, the infrared signal contrast value of the object regarding the background can be rapidly calculated by not analyzing an infrared signal value by each pixel existing within the infrared image by using the statistical method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
