The present invention relates to an integrated method for correcting an eye vision and an integrated corneal photoablation system through shape correction (improvement of corneal distortion) in cooperation with curvature correction (elimination of a curvature error) of corneal in a layer eye vision correction field. In order to correct distortion of corneal, a thick portion of the corneal is cut in a designed shape by a predetermined method to reduce difference of thickness. Therefore, pressure, focused on a thin portion in a peripheral area of the corneal, is reduced. The curvature, generated by a procedure stated earlier, is combined with a curvature error, measured before the correction, to be recalculated. Afterwards, the curvature error is eliminated by performing photoablation on the corneal. In addition, the shape and the curvature of the corneal are corrected at the same time by a method for focusing eye pressure in the center of the corneal which has become thin by the photoablation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
