The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for a Ni-Ti alloy, a medical device manufactured by the same, and a substance for the surface-treatment of the Ni-Ti alloy. The surface treatment method for the Ni-Ti alloy includes a Ni-Ti alloy preparation step of preparing the Ni-Ti alloy, and a surface treatment step of treating the surface of the Ni-Ti alloy with an alkali solution. The present invention is capable of being easily applied to the medical device such as a stent, a guide wire, or a valve for a cardiovascular system by providing excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-thrombotic properties while providing low frictional resistance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
