The present invention relates to a direct selling method using individual parceling-out of a large mart and a joint operation management system. The present invention solves the difficulty of the launching of a large mart by a medium-sized enterprise and a small business, and reduces an excessive advertisement fee and an unreasonable sales commission of the existing large mart through producers supplying products to customers directly by using their lot, thus, protecting producers, and providing high quality products to consumers with cheap costs. The joint operation management system comprises: a management unit, a participation unit, and a mart head office. The management unit facilitates individual possession of lots in mart by dividing and parceling out a mart into independent spaces based on share participation by people who desire lots in mart as well as the medium-sized enterprise and the small business. The participation unit determines a supply value of products to be directly sold by providing direct and indirect capital to the management unit, enables direct management of the parceled lots, display of produced products in the lots without a distribution process, and provision of the products to the consumer.
