The present invention relates to an eco-friendly water permeable pavement material, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly water permeable pavement material using sericite. According to the present invention, a paved road is formed by mixing 5-30 wt% of a binder based on 100 wt% of sericite particles and depositing the mixture. The paved road in accordance with the present invention is composed mainly of sericite to utilize an antibacterial property, an anion generating property, and a soil reforming property of sericite. Also, if the binder is combined, a pavement which has a water permeable pavement layer and is durable and soft at the same time can be formed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
