The present invention relates to a transfer device for the deep sea to install a deep sea structure and a method to install a deep sea structure using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to accurately move an offshore structure to a deep sea work position by a transfer device for a deep sea structure, wherein the transfer device for a deep sea structure can be controlled in a remote place. The present invention comprises: gripping a deep sea structure using detachable arm parts; controlling buoyancy by controlling the amount of seawater and air in a ballast tank part through a remote control; moving in every direction by a thrust part connected to the ballast tank part; and transferring the deep sea structure to a predetermined installation place in the deep sea and installing the deep sea structure in the predetermined installation place without the connection of wires.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
