The present invention relates to biomarkers for predicting airway responsiveness to inhaled corticosteroids in asthmatic patients with rs7772821TG polynucleotide in a TAAR6 gene and a disgnostic kit including the same and, more specifically, to biomarkers comprising rs7772821TG polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof in a TAAR6 gene to predict the fact that airway responsiveness is increased when administrating inhaled corticosteroids to asthmatic patients, and to a diagnostic kit including the biomarkers. The present invention provides biomarkers for predicting airway responsiveness to inhaled corticosteroids in asthmatic patients, comprising rs7772821TG polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof in a TAAR6 gene. In addition, the present invention provides a diagnostic kit for predicting airway responsiveness to inhaled corticosteroids in asthmatic patients, comprising one or more of the biomarkers.
