The present invention relates to an artificial reef assembly for reducing subsidence and erosion. The artificial reef assembly for reducing subsidence and erosion comprises: a stiffener for civil engineering work deposited and fixed on a soft ground of a seabed; and a plurality of artificial reefs installed on the stiffener for civil engineering work. The self weight of the artificial reefs is dispersed by the stiffener for civil engineering work to maximally suppress subsidence, and prevention of soft ground erosion is maximized by the deposited stiffener for civil engineering work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
