The present invention relates to a product satisfaction inference system based on fuzzy integral considering subjective tendencies of a user and, more specifically, to a system for inferring the product satisfaction reflecting the subjective tendencies of a user, inferring the product satisfaction considering the users preference and recommending a product reflecting the subjective tendencies of the user in accordance with the inferred product satisfaction, by calculating the relative importance for the users preference by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and calculating an evaluation value of the satisfaction about the product by applying fuzzy integral.
