The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing gel of Scolopendra subspinipes and the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes manufactured thereby. Specifically, the method for manufacturing gel of Scolopendra subspinipes comprises the following steps of: grinding Scolopendra subspinipes; extracting Scolopendra subspinipes by mixing an organic solvent and an inorganic solvent; homogenizing an extract of Scolopendra subspinipes; and sonicating the extract of Scolopendra subspinipes. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing medicine acupuncture liquid containing the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes and the medicine acupuncture liquid containing the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes manufactured thereby. Specifically, the method for manufacturing medicine acupuncture liquid containing the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes comprises the following steps of: manufacturing gel of Scolopendra subspinipes; mixing the manufactured gel of Scolopendra subspinipes with injection water; extracting a mixed liquid containing the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes; concentrating the mixed liquid containing the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes; primarily crushing the mixed concentrate of the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes, and homogenizing the same; secondarily crushing the mixed concentrate of the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes; and filtering the gel of Scolopendra subspinipes.
