摘要

The present invention relates to a radiation crosslinking fluorine rubber compound, an insulated wire using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the insulated wire using the radiation crosslinking fluorine rubber compound comprises: a crosslinker supporting step of manufacturing a supported cross-linker; a fluoropolymer grinding step of grinding one fluoropolymer; a fluorine rubber compounding step of obtaining a radiation crosslinking fluorine rubber compound; a pelletizing step of pelletizing the fluorine rubber compound into fluorine rubber compound pellets; an insulated wire extruding step of extruding the fluorine rubber compound pellets; and an radiation crosslinking step of radiating an electron beam to the fluorine rubber compound. Therefore, the insulated wire has superior mechanical strength, flexibility, thermal resistance, and chemical resistance. In addition, the insulated wire is eco-friendly and nontoxic.
