The present invention relates to a micro energy block-based urban energy infrastructure system, which is an urban energy infrastructure system configured to have a layered module structure for unification of management and operation, thereby facilitating intuitive energy management and efficient infrastructure management. The micro energy block-based urban infrastructure system includes: a micro energy block having an energy interface with the outside and integrally managing internal energy; and an energy management unit comprised of module units to form a layered module structure through the micro energy block, wherein an upper-level module is constituted by combination of the energy management units.
