A notification system for bridge management includes; a sensing device which generates a change in the location of an upper bridge structure; an information generation unit which generates location change information regarding the change in the location of the upper bridge structure based on the sensing signal; and a notification control unit including a smartphone which converts the location change information to text according to the control operation of a notification application executed according to an input of the location change information and transmits the text location change information to a mobile terminal of a preset administrator. Accordingly, the automatic notification system for notifying the change of the upper bridge structure suspended for maintenance can prevent the occurrence of a disaster and maintain the safety in periods when the administrator is absent such as nighttime.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
