The present invention relates to a face-to-face consultation recording method and an effective unified management method for recording data. While a consultation is under progress with a customer (appealing person) at a consultation window where a personal terminal (personal computer (PC), etc.) is prepared, a face-to-face consultation recording system, which is preprogrammed on the personal terminal to which a microphone is connected, is executed to record sound. After recording, the recording data is primarily stored in the personal terminal and is transmitted to an assigned unified storage device through a network to be secondarily stored and managed therein. According to the method and the system for recording a face-to-face consultation according to the present invention, a recording result of the face-to-face consultation is stored and managed by a company (authority) in a unified manner such that it is possible to effectively cope with issues such as future disputes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
