The present invention relates to a data converting device for a simulation of a marine ecosystem. The device comprises: a database which stores data about a marine ecosystem for simulating a change of the marine ecosystem; a data item designating module which designates a data item to extract data related to the simulation; a conversion module which converts the extracted data per item necessary for the corresponding simulation; an input module which inputs data to input/set data of the database, the data item designating module, and the conversion module; and an output module which converts the converted data in a preset format and outputs the data.
