The present invention relates to a method for verifying a monopoly or the validity of a contract and a system therefor and, more specifically, to a method for accessing a contract verification server on-line or through a mobile device and verifying a monopoly or the validity of a contract, and a system therefor. A system for verifying a monopoly or the validity of a contract comprises a contract verification server which stores contacts among users according to a predetermined manner, acknowledges whether an access attempt to the contact exists, and allows a joined member to access the contact. The contract verification server is accessed by a first access means or a second access means on-line or through a wireless communication network. The first access means and the second access means can communicate with the contract verification server via a relay device and the predetermined manner includes a relation according to the number of users, an acknowledgement made by an interested party, and a notification to the interested party.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
