The present invention relates to a method for examining a writing by using the internet, and more particularly, to a system for providing examination assignment examination fee calculation technique, an examination process, a class adjustment function to effectively manage editor resources and motivate examination work. A method for examining a writing and managing editors by using the internet of the present invention comprises: an editor registration step for registering editors and classifying their classes; a correction screen output step for outputting a correction screen by editor class; a correction confirmation step for checking the availability of correction; a writing correction step for correcting a writing requested by a user; a re-correction step for re-correcting the writing corrected by an original editor; a class setting step for determining the class of the editor; and a completion confirmation step for asking whether the correction is finished.
