The present invention relates to a rock bolt sleeve for an overhead suspended and unsupported top-down underground construction using a mold frame. The rock bolt sleeve comprises: a rock bolt vertical insertion part to make a facing surface part with a mold frame (P) broadly be in close contact with the mold frame (P) while stabilizing the facing surface structure of the facing surface part be stabilized by making the entire facing surface area of the facing surface part be a sum of an inner protruded part and an outer protruded part; and at the same time, the invasion of concrete mortar (C) into a vertical insertion part of the rock bolt sleeve by a pre-contact area of adjoined inner and outer protruded parts is prevented. Additionally, by inserting and sealing a stopper in a lower hollow part of the rock bolt sleeve in a slab (F) of which construction is completed in an overhead suspended top-down constructing method; the appearance of the lower hollow part of the rock bolt sleeve becomes elegant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
