The present invention relates to genuine certification and standard production about agricultural, fishery and forestry products, and a seller real name confirmation system and a confirmation method thereof. The system comprises: a system management server (100) including a local specialty database (110), a genuine certification tag database (120), a genuine certification identification unit (130), a transceiving unit (140), and a local specialty promotion unit (150); a local specialty application (300) for a producer and a seller capable of frequently checking a sales volume and the total stock of a corresponding local specialty; and an application (400) for a consumer capable of reading a genuine certification tag (200) and simultaneously checking whether a local specialty is genuine.
