The present invention relates to a method for separate-launching, assembling, and installing a foundation structure with a suction pile by using side surfaces of a pontoon. According to the method, it is possible to use a small and medium-sized general-purpose apparatus by separately launching a foundation structure with a suction pile, and to reduce the weight and size of the pontoon and improve safety during transportation by adjusting the buoyancy using air inside the suction pile. In this method, it is possible to rapidly perform construction in a short time when the weather is favorable, since a winch pontoon for installation is on standby in advance at an installation position of the foundation structure with the suction pile.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
