Provided is a manufacturing method of a dental implant using oral scanning and a computer aided design (CAD) library, which comprises: an oral scanning step of combining a scan pin with a fixture implanted inside a mouth of the patient, and obtaining a three-dimensional shape information on an oral condition of a patient by using an oral scanner; a scan pin setting step of inputting information of the scan pin after loading oral scan data to a CAD system; an implant shape loading step of inputting information of a target tooth in the CAD system to load implant shape information stored in a library, and replacing the scan pin with the loaded implant shape information; and an implant designing step of designing the shape of a final implant suitable for the oral condition of the patient by revising the implant shape information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
