The present invention relates to a method for preparing an eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition whose fertilizer performance is enhanced by inducing an increase in the zeta potential value, and the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition preparing thereby. The method comprises: an eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition mixing step of including 20% to 99% by weight of natural glycine and 1 to 5% by weight of organic nitrogen; an energy generation step of generating energy to induce an increase in the zeta potential value of the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition mixed in the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition mixing step; an energy inputting step of inputting the energy generated in the energy generation step into the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition; and a zeta potential value increase induction step of inducing the value of zeta potential of the liquid fertilizer composition to be increased by the energy inputted into the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition in the energy inputting step. Therefore, the method has effects of: increasing the zeta potential value in the relatively easy, economically efficient and effective manner; and relatively enhancing the performance of the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition through the increase in the zeta potential value of the commercialized eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition. Thus, the eco-friendly liquid fertilizer composition can enhance the growth speed of agricultural products and the resistance of agricultural products to diseases and insects, and replace existing chemical disinfectants.
