The present invention relates to an epoxy composite material. According to the present invention, by providing a manufacturing method of epoxy composite material using metal nanoparticles manufactured by electrical explosion in liquid medium as filling material, and by providing an epoxy composite comprising the metal nanoparticles manufactured by the said method, an epoxy composite material with enhanced heat conductivity can be obtained through an economical mechanical mixing method. Also, the epoxy composite of the present invention can be efficiently used as thermal radiation materials such as radiating pad, radiating substrate, etc. based on enhanced thermal conductivity thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
