Disclosed are a system for designing inverse welding variation of multiple members and a method for the same. The method for designing inverse welding variation of multiple members may comprise the following steps of: receiving a plurality of reverse engineering target files to reflect the shape of a reverse engineering target; combining the reverse engineering target files into a single reverse deformation member file; splitting the reverse deformation member file into a plurality of reverse engineering split files; generating an outline of the reverse engineering split files, and generating a mesh within the outline; calculating a welding deformation amount of the reverse engineering split files by using physical property information of the member; and generating a reverse engineering formation file in which a reverse deformation amount is reflected, by applying the welding deformation amount to the mesh.
