The present invention relates to a composition for forming a guest-host polarizer and a guest-host polarizer comprising the same. According to the invention, the composition for forming a guest-host polarizer, comprises a dichroic light-absorbing guest, which is a phenothiazine-based dye, and a liquid crystalline polymer host, and thereby providing a polarizer having a good polarization feature as well as a thin thickness.
