The dry automatic dust removal apparatus for the multi-functional solar photovoltaic panel according to the present invention enables a separate battery to be directly connected to the solar photovoltaic panel such that constant electric charge is achieved, enables a power line to be connected while a device body moves such that an electric capacity may be unlimited, thus removing a large area of dust by using a single device, enables a wire to pull an upper end of one side of the device body as moving, enables a rail to support and transfer a lower end of one side of the device body so that the device is stably operated, enables dust scattered in the inside by a fan to be exhausted to a lower part of the solar photovoltaic panel by using an exhaust duct so as to prevent the solar photovoltaic panel from being contaminated again, and ensures stable transfer of the device such that a variety of accessory devices such as devices for checking the state of the solar photovoltaic panel can be mounted on the device body to be operated.
